Easy HP Printer Setup
Start the 123.hp.com/setup by unboxing. Remove the insulation tape that covers the printer. Place the disassembled printer accessories on a clean surface. Gently lift the HP Printer on both sides and place it on a sturdy table. Switch ON the HP Printer and connect it to a power source. Select your preferences, language, and region if prompted. Download the printer software. Insert the ink cartridges into the provided slots. Load sufficient papers in the input tray. Connect the HP Printer to a local area network. - Tear the seal and cut the tapes with sharp scissors to unpack the 123.hp.com printer from its box.
- Make Sure that the ink cartridges, instruction manual, installation CD and other printer accessories damage-free.
- Hold the HP Printer on both sides and place it on the nearby table.
- Connect the HP printer to the power source to prepare it for the hardware set-up. Insert the power cable’s one end to the printer’s rear and the other to a direct wall outlet. Turn ON the printer with the Power button on its control panel.
- Select your preferences, region, and language when prompted.
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
